The SpaceSaver® Design of the Pro-Form Treadmill Trainer 8.0 allows you to conveniently fold the deck up and out of the way, and EasyLiftTM Assist enables you to use the built-in, strong shock to assist you in lifting the deck with a simple push. ProShox TM cushioning, used in the construction of the spacious 20″ x 55″ deck, is intended to give your legs a landing surface with more give, enhancing your comfort while working out. The Trainer 8.0 enables your trainer to automatically adjust your speed and incline, from 0% grade to 10%, to more accurately reflect the terrain of the workout.
